Tell your friends what you want them to do or not to do or what you want by using 〜てほしい/〜てもらいたい or 〜がほしい. Input your answers in Japanese, and use the Kanji compounds that you have learned. Use polite endings.
〜てほしい/もらいたい:I want you/him/her to do ... for me.
〜ないでほしい/もらいたい:I want you/him/her not to do ... for me.
〜てほしくない/もらいたくない:I don't want you/him/her to do ... for me. (stronger statement)

You don't want your friend to drink beer every day --> 毎日 ビールを飲んでほしくないです 。
You want your friend to not drink beer every day --> 毎日 ビールを飲まないでほしいです 。
