Peeler on Indigenous Politics Study Questions
- What are the two approaches indigenous groups can take as they mobilize (i.e., which two sorts of issues can they emphasize)? 
 - Which approach did groups in each of the countries studied adopt?
 - Identify the various periods that appear to be common to all the countries (e.g., initial period of political liberalism, then initial political mobilization, etc.)
 - Try to identify the nature of indigenous mobilization in each country separately, so you don't end up with a confused mix of impressions from all the countries. A table like the one below might help:
