First of all, I thank Judith Ainsworth for this photo. This photo shows the French solution to cleaning up dog poop. The "sac-o-mat" includes instructions on how to dispose of the materials. It not only shows the value that French society puts on having pets (note the tolerance for having pets and dog poop), but it also emphasizes the responsibility that individuals have in taking care of things for others to be able to enjoy public lands as well.
