Utilitarianism John Stuart Mill

Utilitarianism is the other most well known (along with On Liberty) of Mill's books. As such it may need no introduction. In any case, as I have extensive notes on On Liberty, so have I the same on this text, and I will try to get my notes on ``higher preferences'' up within a month [Paul Lyon - 19-Feb-2002]
