このコンピュータは買ったばかりで、まだ使い方がよく分かりません。
     I have just bought this computer, so I am not quit sure how to use it.

compare: 〜たばかり (a relatively short time ago) vs 〜たところ (very short time ago)

先週日本からかえって来たばかりなんです。
I just came back from Japan last week.

今、日本からかえって来たことろなんです。
I just came back from Japan (right now).
