Sí, varias veces he querido vivir por lo menos un minuto para contemplar desde lo alto de esta misma ciudad, el valle, el lago donde estaba sentada la antigua ciudad de Tenochtitlán fundada por los Aztecas. Este, aquello debía haber sido maravilloso, la ciudad en medio del lago que después fue desecado y concentra hoy la mayor ciudad del mundo con muchos problemas, obviamente. Creo que ese período hubiera escogido un día o un minuto para contemplar la magnificencia de la ciudad de Tenochtitlán.

Yes, many times I have wanted to live, at least for a moment, to contemplate from high up in this very city, the valley or lake where the ancient city of Tenochitlán that was created by the Aztecs sat. Umm, that must have been marvelous, the city surrounded by the lake that was later dried and today is the center of the largest city in the world, with its many problems obviously. I believe I would have chosen a day or a moment to contemplate the magnificence of the city of Tenochitlán.
