I live off three animals, In California and Nevada, I learned to live life, Death is near me, Too much money, They say that my animals, |
In Mis Tres Animales, figurative language is abundant. Upon hearing the song, one might have no idea that the actual meaning of the song is drug dealing. Each animal stands for a certain drug: parrot is cocaine, rooster is marijuana, and goat is heroine. Perhaps the author chose these symbols to represent drugs so t hat children listening to the song would not really know what it was about and maybe think that it really is about animals. He is basically saying that his drugs are selling really well in the US even more than McDonalds burgers. At the end, he states that people say his drugs are going to kill its users, but he thinks that if they cant handle them, they shouldnt even try them. |
