Voicing Phenomena in Central Catalan
In this section, we discuss two sound patterns involving the feature [+voice]. The first pattern involves the voice quality of obstruents word-final position. The second pattern concerns an asymmetry in the distribution of voiced and voiceless consonants in medial clusters.
