日本語と国際ビジネスを専攻して二千五年の五月に卒業したマイケル・トルトリッチと申します。
UTを卒業後ロサンゼルスにあるAonという保険の仲介役をしている（Insurance Broker)会社に勤め始めました。結局AonのGlobal Business UnitのJapan Groupに配属され、日本人のお客さんを対象に、毎日、大学で専攻した日本語を活かして働いています。仕事の内容については、基本的に米国で運営している日本企業の国内保険プログラムか米国から導入するGlobal Master Program（米国から国際子会社の保険プログラムを統一するプログラム）のコンサルティング業務です。沢山の国の企業とコーディネートする仕事でかなり面白いと思います。

My name is Michael Tortorich and I graduated in 2005 with a dual major in International Business and Japanese.
After graduation I began working for an insurance brokerage firm called
Aon. I was eventually placed in Aon’s Japan Group of their Global Business
Unit, which targets Japanese clients. Within the Japan Group speaking Japanese
is a deferent plus and I get to use my Japanese on a daily basis. Basically
my job consists of helping Japanese companies that have operations here
in the US with their domestic insurance program or helping to implement
a Global Master Program (consolidating from the US all foreign subsidiaries'
insurance into one program). Also, another aspect of my job
that makes it very interesting is that I get to coordinate with a lot of
foreign countries.
